TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The warranty for the products shall extend to 10 years from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The warranty for the product is applicable only for manufacturing defects as on the date of purchase. The manufacturer is at his option either to rectify or to replace the products.
• Any damages/defects in regard to the material used in the product exposed to the atmosphere, not suitable for that material shall not come under the warranty.
• The installation of the product shall be done by the person from the manufacturer or duly authorised by the manufacturer. The warranty shall not be applicable if the installation is done by some other.
• The warranty is subject to fragility and exposure to the atmosphere where it is installed/placed/ used and the usage of the product for which it is used for.
• All the disputes are subjected the jurisdiction of courts in Karaikudi, Sivagangai District, Tamilnadu, India. The laws prevailing in force in Karaikudi shall be applicable for the same.
• The manufacturer is not liable for any defects happen while transit of the products from the manufacturer to the consumer/dealer.
• The warranty shall cease to exist if any of the above conditions are violated.
